This Privacy Policy explains how Mavenory ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use mavenorysystems.com and the Mavenory application. We are committed to GDPR and KVKK compliance.

Data we collect

Account data (name, email), workshop data you enter (materials, recipes, products, orders), and technical data (IP address, device/browser type) for security and analytics. When you connect Etsy, we store OAuth tokens and the order/listing data needed to provide the service.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, process your subscription, send transactional and (with your consent) marketing emails, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not show third-party advertising.

Processors

We rely on trusted sub-processors: Supabase (database & auth, EU region), Cloudflare (hosting & CDN), Resend (transactional email), LemonSqueezy (payments & merchant of record), PostHog (EU, product analytics) and Sentry (error monitoring). Each processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at privacy@mavenorysystems.com to exercise these rights.

Retention

We retain your data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards as required for legal and accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time.
