These Terms govern your use of Mavenory. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

The service

Mavenory provides inventory tracking, recipe/BOM management and cost-of-goods calculation for handmade businesses, with optional integrations and automatic stock deduction. We may update features over time.

Plans and subscriptions

New accounts start on the Free plan. Paid subscriptions are billed via LemonSqueezy and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, then the workspace returns to the Free plan limits.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Disclaimer

Mavenory provides cost calculations for informational purposes. We are not your accountant; verify figures before relying on them for tax, pricing or financial decisions. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
